Order Confirmation and Processing

Immediately upon completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our dedicated team will work diligently to ensure that your order is prepared and dispatched as swiftly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email containing the tracking information for your order once it's shipped. This will enable you to keep a close eye on your shipment's status at any given moment.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Les Gars® cannot assume responsibility for any delivery errors arising from incorrect information provided by the user in the order form or from any omitted information. Therefore, it will be of utmost importance the accuracy when specifying the shipping information, being highly recommended to inform the phone number to facilitate the contact to the shipping company.

Possible Delays During High Demand Periods

During special events such as collection launches, Black Friday Week, and the holiday season, when demand surges within a short timeframe, it is possible that shipments may experience some delays. We appreciate your understanding during these peak periods.

Refund Policy for Order Cancellations

In the event of the cancellation of an order, a refund will be issued as long as the order has not been prepared and delivered to the courier company. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. If the order has not yet reached the preparation and dispatch stage, you will be eligible for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@les-gars.com.

Please note that once the order has been prepared and handed over to the courier for delivery, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, and our standard exchange and returns policy will apply.

Please note: Deliveries to the United Kingdom or other countries involving customs clearance may experience additional delays. Customs formalities may cause delays and, in some cases, additional costs for the customer, which must be paid at the time of receipt of the package. The customer will be informed by the carrier and it is the customer's responsibility to cover these costs. For customs clearance inquiries or assistance with a shipment, please contact hello@les-gars.com for more information. In case the customer refuses to pay charges derived from customs, the shipment will be considered as rejected by the customer and therefore will be sent back to our warehouse, refunding the amount of the purchased garments minus the charges derived from the rejection of the goods.

Note that if you order during the weekend or on a holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.

Unforeseen Cancellations

While Les Gars® is committed to providing exceptional international shipping services, circumstances beyond our control may lead to the cancellation of an order. In such cases, we will promptly notify the customer within 24 working hours and process a refund using the original payment method.
