Exchange & Returns

Please, for a seamless shopping experience, kindly review our size guides and product descriptions. Ensure the garment measurements align with your own for a perfect fit, minimizing return and exchange costs.

Keep in mind, for a seamless return or exchange process at Les Gars®, please ensure items remain in impeccable, unused condition, free from any stains, odors, or damage that might compromise their resale as new. Kindly notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, ensuring that items are in their original packaging if possible or in an alternative secure wrapping with all labels and included items. Please note that specific items, such as underwear, socks and towels, are non-returnable.

Returns

If you decide to return a product, you must contact us at hello@les-gars.com with the subject "RETURN - Order Nº: XXXXX". We are always looking for improvement through customer feedback, so we would appreciate it if you would include a short description of the reason for the return.

If the order has not yet been internally processed and delivered to the courier company, we will be able to cancel it immediately, refunding the amount paid for it, including shipping cost. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used in the purchase within 5-10 working days.

If, on the other hand, the order has already been processed internally or delivered to the courier company, you will have to wait until you receive the order and process it as a return. Once you receive it, please use a courier service with a tracking code (send us the code via email). Securely package the items, and include the shipping reference name and the order number , followed by 'Les Gars' in parentheses. For example: Name Subname #12345 (Les Gars). Ship the items to the following address:

  • Att: Les Gars

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any customs fees associated with returning the product to our offices, particularly for returns from outside the European Union. We kindly ask to make sure that in case of returning the garment on your own, the customs costs are prepaid, to avoid that the package cannot be delivered and will be sent back to the country of origin. Please note that we cannot refund the amount paid if the order is lost while in the possession of the courier company.

Once we have received the order and checked that everything is in proper conditions, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used in the purchase within 5-10 working days after the item arrives at our warehouse. Please note that in this case, we can't refund the shipping cost associated to the order. During collection launches and holiday campaigns, Black Friday or other periods of high courier density, return processing time may vary slightly.

Please note that items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.


Exchanges

Currently, we can not offer the process of changing garment purchased through the online store, we are working to offer a better service in this matter. If you want to make a garment exchange, you must process the exchange as a return, sending the garment to our offices as previously indicated and buying the new desired garment.
